Shop glitches at home

At the shops there a many glitches such as when you purchase an item it gives you something different.

I tried to buy Ourg bones but it gave me summoning eggs

Also when you try to buy a rune cross bow and other items from
that specific shop it gives you another item within the shop.

It would be appreciated if you could fix these bugs, thank's.
